Our Commitment

At Concoridea Limited, our foundation is built on integrity, transparency, and a profound commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. We operate in strict alignment with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Where local laws and international standards differ, we pledge to uphold the higher standard of protection for our people.


I. Ethical Employment & Human Rights

  • Dignified Employment: We establish employment terms that respect the individual and fully safeguard rights under national and international labor and social security frameworks.

  • Zero Tolerance for Forced Labor: We strictly prohibit all forms of modern slavery, including forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor. This extends to human trafficking, coercion, or any form of involuntary servitude.

  • Protection of Minors: We do not employ anyone under the age of 15, or the legal minimum age for compulsory education in the country of operation—whichever is higher.

  • Freedom of Association: We recognize and respect the legal right of all employees to choose whether to associate, organize, and bargain collectively without fear of reprisal.

II. Workplace Culture & Equality

  • Inclusion & Non-Discrimination: We provide equal opportunity for all. Discrimination in hiring, compensation, advancement, or discipline based on gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, or social origin is strictly prohibited.

  • Anti-Harassment: Every team member deserves a workplace free of hostility. We maintain zero tolerance for physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal abuse.

III. Compensation & Work-Life Balance

  • Fair Compensation: Wages must meet basic needs and provide discretionary income. We pay the highest of the following: the legal minimum wage, the prevailing industry wage, or the rate established in the employment contract.

  • Responsible Scheduling: * Standard Week: Regulated to a maximum of 48 hours under normal conditions.

    • Rest: A minimum of 24 consecutive hours of rest for every seven-day period.

    • Overtime: Must be consensual, non-regular, and compensated at a premium rate. Total weekly hours shall not exceed 60, except in extraordinary circumstances.

IV. Health, Safety, and Environmental Stewardship

  • Occupational Safety: We provide a secure work environment designed to proactively prevent accidents and health-related injuries during the operation of our facilities.

  • Environmental Responsibility: Concoridea is committed to minimizing our ecological footprint. We implement rigorous measures to mitigate waste, reduce emissions, and manage resources sustainably.
